Attorney Spencer Phillips has more than a decade of experience representing businesses in employment law matters. He began working in poverty law for the Deaf community in Rochester NY following his graduation from BYU Law School in 2003. In 2008, the Governor of New York appointed Mr. Phillips to become an Administrative Law Judge. In that position, Mr. Phillips handled more than 250 cases of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. In 2011, Mr. Phillips returned to private practice representing and protecting large and small companies in hundreds of employment law complaints in 48 states across the country, including Walmart, Starbucks, Burger King and Staples. In January 2016, Mr. Phillips opened the doors of his new law office, Employer-Lawyer, PLLC, where he continues representing and protecting businesses in Utah and across the United States.
