We are excited to have Joe Phelon as our speaker for the October Chamber lunch. Joe is a certified and accredited business appraiser. He has appraised businesses and professional practices for over 13 years for a variety of purposes including:
Joe has testified in the Utah court system as an expert witness. He was the Chairman of the Accreditation Board of the Institute of Business Appraisers from 2011 -2012 and is currently the chairman elect of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce Board.

Joe has owned and operated small businesses including an equipment rental company (Timp Rental), a truck leasing company (Move-It Rental), and a real estate holding company (PDJ Properties).
