Steel Days 2018 Fair Vendor (at Art Dye Park with the Big Show and Fireworks)

Event Description
We are excited for the 2018 Steel Days Celebration! There are 3 major places for vendors during this year's Steel Days Celebration: the Car Show, the Downtown Market (by the Carnival), and the Steel Days Fair (during the Picnic in the Park and Big Show). Steel Days is a long-time tradition in American Fork and we see upwards of 30,000 people come through to enjoy all the festivities associated with Steel Days. The Steel Days Fair runs from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 21st.
FOOD VENDORS - Please Note! All soda sales will be handled by the Chamber of Commerce (we will have several Coke trailers set-up throughout the park). We ask that you not sell soda from your food truck or booth. Specialty drinks (smoothies, lemonades, etc.) are allowed. Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis. (The maps are simply to reserve a spot for your business.)
Steel Days Fair
Please choose your place on the booth map that is overlaid onto Art Dye Park. Each booth space is approx. 10' x 10'. If you need more space, then you must pay for each additional booth space that you would like to use. This will be your assigned booth space for the Steel Days Fair at the Picnic in the Park. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.)
We ask that business and food vendors arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to start the set-up process (vendors can start arriving for set-up at 1:30 p.m.). No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 4:30 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the park area until families have cleared the area after the Fireworks Show (no earlier than 10:30 p.m.). Please plan accordingly.
